Measure up service
With any order placed we offer an optional measure up service
where an experienced member from sofa design can call to your
home and advise on styles and designs for your home. At Sofa Design
we are flexible and can book callouts at any arranged time, be
it during the day, an evening or even a weekend. You can use this
opportunity to discuss the style and the size of your furniture,
and we can also advise on fabrics or leathers that would compliment
your living space.
Scale Drawings
At Sofa Design we don't just stop at a measure up, we can also provide you with a scale drawing of your room and the furniture of your choice. Additionally we can supply alternative layouts for your room and alternative sizes for the furniture. If needed Sofa Design can also create colour boards of your desired furniture and colour scheme.
Bespoke furniture
Our passion is our driving force, the creation of beautiful handmade sofas produced from the finest fabrics, for a modern way of life. At Sofa Design we offer the ability to make any of our designs in any fabric or leather of your choice and to any size required. We can work to any specification given and have provided Bespoke furniture for many different briefs. We have a large clientele of varied customers where we have created everything from a window seat to a corner unit for a cinema room.
We have also been commissioned by larger companies such as Warner Brothers, where we created the sofas that were featured in the Tomb Raider film. Another commission we have had was for the large chair in Willie Wonka and The Chocolate factory. No job is too big or too small for Sofa Design. We pride ourselves in creating unique tailor made furniture to any specification but equally to the highest standard.
All of our bespoke pieces of furniture are backed by our 10 year Construction Guarantee.
Re-Upholstery service
At Sofa Design when we re-cover furniture we don't just replace the fabric or leather, we take the piece of furniture right back to its frame and repair or replace any parts if needed. We also replace cushion interiors if needed and then finally the fabric or leather, this is all included in one fixed price. We order the fabric or leather of your choice and when it arrives at the workshop we collect your furniture and re-cover it. During the time it takes to re-cover your furniture if required we can loan you furniture free of charge, the estimated time for a re-cover is around 10-14 days.
Guardsman Stain Protection
Buying fabric or leather upholstered furniture is an investment in your home that you will want to stay looking good for many years. As we all know accidents can happen, a spill for example, if not removed could permanently affect the appearance of your fabric or leather upholstery. But with Guardsman 5 year protection you are free to sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that you are protected against those little accidents spoiling your furniture. We offer this service on all bespoke products.
Delivery
We can delivery throughout the UK and offer
a free delivery service within 50 miles of the showrooms, outside
of this there is a minor charge. All deliveries are done by
our qualified members of staff and will deliver each piece of
furniture into your home with the greatest of care. We can also
offer the service of disposing of your old furniture for a small
charge.
